We don't eat out much, but I'm finding it easier to control my food intake in restaurants. I try to either order 1/2 portions or take 1/2 the meal home. If it is a weakness though and you don't think you could stand the temptation, it is best not to go out to eat at all. I've been in that situation as well. It has taken me much time to get to this point of self control. [Follow-ups] |
