When you crave something really fattening, don't go and eat it immediately; rather decide when you're going to have it (say "Saturday afternoon with tea"). This should help you to control your cravings for the next few days because you know it will be satisfied in a while. Also, you have a chance to exercise a little more or eat a little less in advance, so you can feel like you "deserve" the treat.
